About BIGBOB
One Company. Connected Capabilities.
BIGBOB LLC was formed on October 20, 2022 to do practical work: run transportation operations well, and build the technology, digital presence and management structure that make them easier to scale.
Most transportation businesses end up with capable people spread across disconnected tools, vendors and spreadsheets. We connect those pieces — operations, dispatch, software, AI, marketing and management — so information moves once and decisions get made with the full picture.
Real transportation operations
Dispatch, scheduling and coordination work handled as the operational core, not an afterthought.
Technology and automation
AI tooling, internal software and integrations shaped around how the operation actually runs.
Marketing and demand
Positioning, digital presence and acquisition aligned to the capacity the business can serve.
Management and structure
Planning, reporting and process documentation that keep decisions grounded in current information.

Operating principle
Execution first. Systems that people actually use, built around the work in front of them.
Every engagement produces something operational — a workflow, a tool, a reporting rhythm — not a document that sits unused.

AI and Dispatch
Intelligence Behind Every Move
The workflow shown here is an illustrative concept of what an AI-enabled dispatch system can connect. It represents a development capability delivered per engagement — not an existing off-the-shelf product.

Almost every carrier is a small business
Share of active U.S. motor carriers by fleet size, 2024
American Trucking Associations reports 91.5% of carriers operating 10 or fewer trucks and 99.3% operating 100 or fewer. The two upper bands are the arithmetic complements of those published figures.
| Fleet size | Share of carriers |
|---|---|
| 10 or fewer trucks | 91.5% |
| 11 – 100 trucks | 7.8% |
| More than 100 trucks | 0.7% |
Trucking carries the majority of it
Share of freight moved by truck, 2024
Each row is a separate ratio, not a share of one total. Domestic freight is measured by weight; cross-border trade is measured by value.
| Freight lane | Basis | Share moved by truck |
|---|---|---|
| U.S. domestic freight | by weight | 72.7% |
| U.S. – Mexico surface trade | by value | 85% |
| U.S. – Canada surface trade | by value | 67% |
Projected growth to 2035
U.S. truck freight, 2024 actual against the 2035 projection
Each panel is scaled to its own maximum; tonnage and revenue are not plotted on a shared axis. Projections are forecasts, not commitments, and are subject to the assumptions in the source report.
| Measure | 2024 actual | 2035 projected | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Truck freight tonnage (billion tons) | 11.27B | 13.99B | +24% |
| Trucking industry revenue (U.S. dollars) | $906B | $1.46T | +61% |
These are published U.S. freight-industry statistics, shown to describe the market BIGBOB LLC works in. They are not BIGBOB LLC performance figures and do not represent our volumes, revenue, client base or results. Projections are third-party forecasts, not commitments.

Expansion with structure
Step 1 of 5
Operations
Everything starts with how the business actually runs — coordination, dispatch, scheduling and the day-to-day decisions that move freight and serve customers.
Technology
Software, AI tooling and automation are shaped around the real operation, removing repetitive work instead of adding another system to maintain.
Marketing
Positioning, digital presence and acquisition work bring in the right opportunities, matched to what the operation can deliver well.
Management
Planning, reporting and performance tracking give owners and management teams a clear, current view of the business.
Growth
With operations, technology, marketing and management connected, expansion planning becomes a structured process rather than a guess.

info@bigbobllc.comWhat exactly does BIGBOB LLC do?
We work across eight connected capabilities: transportation operations, dispatch management, AI development for transportation, custom software and automation, web development, digital marketing, business management, and investor and growth support. Most engagements start with one and expand once the system proves itself.
Do you only work with large fleets?
No. The industry is overwhelmingly made up of small operators, and the work is structured for that reality. What matters more than fleet size is whether there is a real operation to build around and someone accountable for decisions on your side.
Is your AI dispatch system an existing product I can buy?
No, and we are explicit about that. The workflow shown on this site is an illustrative concept of what an AI-enabled dispatch system can connect. AI tooling is built per engagement, around your actual workflow and data. It is a development service, not an off-the-shelf platform.
We already use a TMS and other software. Do we have to replace it?
Usually not. Most of the value is in connecting what you already run rather than replacing it. We look at the systems in place first and recommend integration, automation or replacement based on what the operation actually needs.
How does an engagement start?
With a conversation about the operation, the market and the objective. From there we scope the work in writing before anything is built. Scope, deliverables and commercial terms are set in a written agreement — we do not quote from a website form.
What does investor and growth support actually mean?
Business and project-management support: expansion planning, project organisation, management reporting, business presentations, operational transparency, digital data rooms, growth roadmaps and stakeholder communication. It does not include securities brokerage, legal, tax, accounting or investment-advisory services, and we do not raise capital or offer securities.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Any firm that guarantees business or financial outcomes should be treated with caution. What we commit to is defined scope, documented work, transparent reporting and systems your team can actually operate.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
BIGBOB LLC is based at 800 SE 4TH AVE STE 711, Hallandale Beach, Florida. The work is coordinated remotely, which is how most transportation operations run day to day anyway.
